These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Windflow (the “Service”), including the Windflow desktop application, the windflow.app website, and your Windflow account. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Windflow is an application that can browse and operate web pages on your behalf, using AI, at your direction. It is provided as a tool: you decide what tasks it performs and remain responsible for those actions.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- access, scrape, or operate websites in violation of their terms or applicable law;
- bypass security measures, send spam, or carry out abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service.
You are responsible for the tasks you ask Windflow to perform, and for ensuring you have the right to act on the pages and accounts you direct it to use.
AI and third-party services
Windflow relies on AI models and may interact with third-party websites and services. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. Your use of third-party AI providers and websites is also subject to their own terms.
Paid features
Some features may require payment. If we offer paid features, the applicable prices and terms will be presented before you purchase.
Intellectual property
Windflow and its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the right to use the Service as permitted. Content you provide or create remains yours.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from actions Windflow performs at your direction.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
